Encapsulated healing agents is a promising solution for extending the service life of critical infrastructure, providing long-term efficiency. This research focuses on shell properties cement-based spherical macro-capsules, aiming to achieve increased survivability during mixing mortar mixtures and efficient triggering upon crack propagation. In this framework, pan coating technique was examined production capsules with cementitious shell, developed protection powder agents. Self-healing in orthopedic bone cement is demonstrated with a novel thermoplastic solvent-bonding approach.
